Shipping & Return Policy

LOCAL PICKUP
• In-store pickup is available Daily 11pm - 9pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call or email the shop to make arrangements.

SHIPPING POLICY (United States Only)
• Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday). Delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $10. Free shipping on orders over $85 (after discounts, before taxes).

REFUND POLICY
If you return an item within the allowable return period with a receipt, the refund will be applied to the original method of payment. If you made the purchase using:

Credit card: The refund must be issued to the same credit card you used to make the purchase.
• Once the return has been processed, the refund will appear as a credit back on your credit card.
Debit card:
* If your receipt shows you paid with a card, the refund will be put back on the card if available, or cash can be provided.
* Once the return has been processed, the refund will appear as a credit back on your debit card.
